RWA Token Distribution

RWA Token has a fixed total supply of 100 million tokens. No more tokens will be minted or burned in the future.

Private Sale: 20% (20,000,000 tokens). The private sale will be conducted through our selected private investors. The private sale launch date is 01-02-24. 60% of the funds raised from the private sale will be locked for liquidity on Uniswap.

Public Sale: 9.7% (9,700,000 tokens). The public sale will be conducted on Uniswap, a decentralized exchange platform. The public sale launch date will be announced later.

Team and Advisors: 14.55% (14,550,000 tokens). The team and advisors are the core members of AssetX who are responsible for the development, marketing, and operation of the platform. The team and advisors' tokens will be vested over a period of 2 years, with 25% released every 6 months.

Partnerships and Ecosystem: 14.55% (14,550,000 tokens). The partnerships and ecosystem tokens are allocated for strategic partnerships, collaborations, integrations, and community initiatives that will help grow the AssetX platform and network. The partnerships and ecosystem tokens will be distributed according to the terms and conditions of each partnership agreement.

Staking Pool: 19.4% (19,400,000 tokens). The staking pool tokens are reserved for rewarding the RWA Token holders who stake their tokens on AssetX. The staking rewards are generated from a portion of the fees collected by the platform. The staking rewards are distributed to the stakers based on their stake ratio.

Validators and Oracles: 9.7% (9,700,000 tokens). The validators and oracles tokens are allocated for incentivizing the nodes that provide security and data services for the AssetX platform. The validators and oracles tokens will be distributed according to the performance and quality of each node.

Reserve Fund: 9.7% (9,700,000 tokens). The reserve fund tokens are held by AssetX for contingency purposes, such as emergency situations, unforeseen expenses, or future developments. The reserve fund tokens will be locked for a period of 1 year, after which they will be unlocked gradually over a period of 2 years.

The total amount of fees collected during the private sale is 580,000 tokens, which is 0.58% of the total supply.
